Mr. Leeladhar Maheshwari
(Chairman – RCM Group)
Mr Leeladhar Maheshwari has completed his LLB from DAVV University and is a leading lawyer for Income Tax in the city. He ventured into Real Estate in 1998 and has since played a key role in shaping the firm as one of the city’s most trusted and leading developers. Mr Leeladhar Maheswari is one of the leading figures in the city’s Real Estate market.
Mr. Anurag Maheshwari
(Director – RCM Group)
A commerce graduate from Symbiosis College, Pune & PGCBM from XLRI Jamshedpur, joined the group in 2000. With a keen eye for concept and designs, he is one of the key voices on all projects. He is actively involved in supervising & executing the overall construction activities and developing new business ventures for the group. He is also in charge of planning sales and marketing strategies.
Mr. Harshit Maheshwari
(Director – RCM Group)
The youngest mind in the company. He has inculcated a culture of excellence and innovation within the company, built around quality, customer centricity, technology, and ustainable practices. A Civil Engineer from Pune University and a Masters in Construction management from the University of Reading. Nr. Harshit has also galvanised procurement, contracts, IT and administrative functions of the group.
Mr. Gopal Maheshwari

Mr Gopal Maheshwari has completed his LLB from DAVV University in 1968 and has been a vital member of the RCM Group. He has been instrumental in looking after the business development & PR activities of the group. He is responsible for the Media, Legal, Finance & Securities & Real Estate Investment Business lines of the group.
Mr. Pulkit Maheshwari
(Director – RCM Group)
An engineering graduate in Electronics & Telecommunications from Pune University, Mr. Pulkit Maheshwari is the newer member of the team. Prior to joining RCM Group he was working with Thaicom Plc. as Sales & Marketing Head of Malaysia Business. He is a quick learner and an keen observer of things. The new energy has exposed to group to newer marketing techniques and organisation building activities.
